We are working more on our handouts and are starting to come up with more ideas for our experiment!
Our ideas include showing a video to a few participants at a time and asking them specific questions that may alter the way they remember it happening. We are going to test if eyewitness testimony is reliable.

What if your favorite childhood memory didn't really happen the way you remember it?
Often people reconstruct false memories that alter the way they remember an experience.

"(CNN)You probably feel pretty attached to your memories -- they're yours, after all. They define who you are and where you came from, your accomplishments and failures, your likes and dislikes."

Elizabeth Loftus is known for testing eyewitness testimony. She conducted an experiment relating to eyewitness testimony and misleading information.

She found that eyewitness testimony is not always reliable, alike what we will try to prove with our experiment.

2 days until psych fair! Our experiment will be conducted using chrome books and will require participants to watch a video and answer 4 follow up questions.

Our experiment relates to Elizabeth Loftus's experiment.

A lot of people are interested to find out how reliable of an eyewitness they are!

Stagg kids come to participate in the fair!

The day is almost over and we are almost at 300 participants!!

The psych fair was a SUCCESS!! Definitely would do it again! Thanks to everyone who participated in our experiment!
We did in fact prove our hypothesis correct, which was eyewitness testimony is not always reliable.
